I had an accident last night ,The weal on my angle grinder Exploded . I have six stiches in my forehead and cuts on my sholder and chest.Every one Please wear the safty stuff,when your working or riding.!

When Our Parents Leave Us

I can remember when My Dad, and Mother Passed on. Anita's Mother has ALS. In the last few days, her condition worsen. Anita has become very sadden, and in fear,of the ASL. Taking away the loving Mother,she has share her thoughs with,since childhood. My Wife Darla June, and I will be Praying,for Anita's Mother. I hope you all join us. God Be With Her....

My Good Friend Frenchie..

Hello: Everyone I know you all know my good Friend Frenchie. He's 91 years old, and still riding his Goldwing Trike whenever he able.. Him, and his wonderful wife Patsy enjoy riding together, as much as two people could. Well it seems he has done something to his hib. He has not been able to get around, for a number, of days. Riding in the rain

It appears we have had some unseasonable rain showers (down pours) lately which puts a hamper on some our unplanned riding. I dont know about you but unless i am on a trip I will not head out for a bike ride in a rain storm. I know just about anyone that rides has been caught in a rain storm or two so lets hear any tips you might have for riding in a storm or tell us some of your stories of things you may have experienced while riding in the rain and what you did about it. Riding on the Blueridge Parkway a shock

On Saturday we rode the Blueridge Parkway from Cheerokee NC to Ashville NC which was about 87 miles but of course it took more time because of the slower speed limit on the parkway. To our suprise the more miles we rode the cooler the temps got for us so it was a good thing we had multiple layers in our bikes. Notes

Prep your bikes

Make sure that you get all the parts, tires, list for repairs and well any other additions for your bike together for the 2009 riding season because it is fast approaching!

The first thing that comes to mind is checking all the lights for proper operation, making sure you have plenty of tred for the riding season because when its here sometimes you have to order those tires and we dont want to waste the time doing that when we could already be ready to ride.
